Facilitation Skills for Project Team Leaders
Introduction
Facilitation is about getting people to sense their involvement are valued, thus creating support and ownership of groups in generating meeting/project outcome. This workshop aims to equip facilitators with the knowledge and skills, working with project teams to achieve maximum involvement as well as results.
Through the use of experiential, skill building exercises, participants will have the opportunity to practice facilitation skills, both in team meeting and problem-solving sessions. In so doing, they will find the keys to deal successfully with team dynamics, guiding team towards high performance.

The workshop focus on 3 core competencies of a successful facilitator; namely

To be eligible for e2i 50% subsidy, participants:
- must be Singaporeans or Permanent Residents of Singapore
- may be employed in a full time position
- achieve 75% attendance
