What is UTAP?
UTAP (Union Training Assistance Programme) is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training. This benefit is to encourage more union members to go for skills upgrading.
How much is the grant?
As a member, you enjoy 50% claims on unfunded course fee capped at $500 per year, subject to $1,000 over 3 years when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP. This excludes miscellaneous fees such as GST and registration fee etc.
NTUC member enjoys up to $500 training benefits each
year when they sign up for courses supported under UTAP. Choose from 800
courses including more than 200 executive programmes. Conditions apply.
